I chose to take my son to an eXtreme sports rather than to motor sports. This is because I believe there can be fun without the zoom! zoom! vroom! vroom! Got over to my other stories site to know why.
Your grandmother was right, Ann, and so are you (I read your other blog post, too). There may some day be a fight for gas to make all the cars go vroom, vroom. I remember when there were huge line-ups in California because of a "gas shortage" that turned out to be just as fictional as Mad Max. The idea was, if people thought gasoline was rare, they'd pay more for it. I don't like the noise at car races, anyway. -- K

Thanks for visiting mine and I am also nostalgic about snow angels but I fear if I tried one at this point in my life I wouldn't be able to get back up, ha.
Fantastic - definately a sport to watch and not do! Or is it just me? I am quite comfortable in my armchair after all the christmas food! lol! Thanks so much. Denise ABC Team

This looks as if it was a lot of fun. Vroom, Vroom is not needed.
Definitely I won't be trying this, must have both feet firmly planted on the ground, with the camera! lol

I'm not much into sports - other than a touch of yoga. :) Does that qualify? Good X post!
And also I think this is safer than motor sports.
This is more healthy than sitting around watching vroom, vroom, vroom going around in circles all day.
I admire people who can get into this sort of stuff (though I would find it very difficult to watch my son...!!)
He seems to be enjoying himself thoroughly, so you were probably right.
Re your comment: You are about half a year wrong, and it is much further north :-)
Definitely more fun than vroom vroom, with the bonus of better for the planet.
That looks like a lot of fun.

Looks a better fun than the vroom and zoom!!
Heights and I don't get along too well but its fun to watch others do the X sports. Love the shot of your son.
