Ruby Tuesday: Gates of Auckland Harbour

http://workofthepoet.blogspot.com/

There are many wharves in Auckland. The most famous is the Queens Wharf. The gates and the fence are red. On September 13, the Queens Wharf became the people's wharf. The Government and the Auckland Regional Council bought the wharf. We can now enjoy a wonderful new experience of the magnificent views of the city and harbour.

We went on a tour to the normally out of bounds port and had a great time.

Those old beard guys had such a funny and sexy pose in that sign. It made me smile.

That is a wonderful gate. It looks so solid and imposing. I wouldn't try to crash it.
