Fossils

During my trip to the Mulu caves, I transited in Miri. My Uncle A showed me these stone like objects. I looked at it with interest. They looked like fossils of giant clams. Indeed, they are. His friend found them.

Uncle A offered one to me, which I reckon the water engineer would be interested. The water engineer was always teaching me geological lessons when we go out for walks. I gave it to the water engineer as my gift from my trip. He was impressed.

Last week, we were at the Waitomo caves. The guide Hope showed us some fossils in in Ruakuri caves. He said they were 28 million years old.

Here you are, my fossils from Sarawak.
