weekend reflection:Pet

http://newtowndailyphoto.blogspot.com/
In Australia, my brother in law found this lorikeet on the roadside and it was being attacked by other birds. He rescued it and brought it home. We think that it had been a pet as it is very tame. Here it sits on Olivia's head.

What beautiful bright colors he has. I hope he didn't get caught in her hair, Ann.

I'm glad your brother-in-law was able to rescue the lorikeet. It certainly is a beautiful bird, and looks as if it is making itself at home with the family.

- I really loved it.
