Since I started blogging in November, the blogging world has opened a whole new prospective to me. I not only is more attentive to the environment around me, I also look up the sky when I wait at traffic lights.
Hi Ann thanks ffor your comment! My video of Charles Trenet is still working. I am sorry you can't hear it. Last time I couldn't post my comment on your blog. I am sorry!
It's true: it instills a whole new mindset in a person, and opens them up to the possibility of sharing and seeing other worlds. That being said, blogs are full time jobs ... and then some.
Isn't it amazing how much more there is to see, when you start carrying a camera! Yesterday, I noticed the pattern on the bark of a tree I have walked past a hundred times!!
I am much more in tune with what's around me now, also. Although I have been absolutely fascinated by looking up at the heavens for years now, the Skywatch Friday web site has caused me to pay even more attention to the sky and actually take photos of it at different times of the day.
Love your photos on the previous entry! I couldn't see any photo posted with this entry...

Now it works perfect! Great. Since I joined Sky Watch, I also watch the sky all the time.
Aah, Mt Doom - how beautiful. Isn't Mt Ruapehu just awe inspiring?
Hi, Ann - I'm not seeing a photo in your post and obviously others are. Could you double check that there's not a problem? Thanks!
Hi!
I can't see a photo?
And yes, since my participation at Sky Watch, I also always look to the sky. *gg*

Thank you all, I have now posted two pix for my Myworld and Skywatch. Hope you enjoy it.
People say that Auckland can have 4 seasons in a day. Right now, it is a storm.
And this time when you looked up, you saw a really beautiful sky! Nice shot!
And so much prettier than the concrete mixer truck!
It is such a wondrous sight the light and colours.
That's a very point about blogging, Happy SWF!
Now I can see it.
Very imposing clouds!
Ann, you are so right, once you start skywatching you never look at the world in exactly the same casual way again.
Thank you for sharing your pictures with us, and keep that camera handy.
