In
1977, I went to San Francisco to visit my Aunty Teresa. She took me to
Lombard Street and told me that it was the crookiest road in the world. I lamented I didn't have a photo.
My brother Henry sent me this pix taken when he was in San Francisco.
***I
left my heart behind in San Francisco for the Giant crab bought at the
Fisherman wharf, the big strawberries in my aunty's garden and the
artichokes at the market

Nice shot for this week's photo hunt. I've been up and down that twisty street a few times!
Have a great weekend.
I enjoyed my visits to San Francisco too but for crab, Japan can't be beat! ;b
Would be fun riding up that road!
I have heard about this road and seen it on calendars in years past; nice that you could see it for yourself. Thanks for visiting my blog today
It looks difficult to ride a bicycle!
Great shot. I've visited my brother in San Francisco and the streets are incredibly crooked. I love that city.
