I went in search of my primary school, to no avail. Instead I
see a sleek modern building, and to my great surprise, the
princpal's face is familiar. Ting Siew Nguong was a year my
junior in school. WE both pondered and felt we knew each
other.

Thanks for your visit. You didn't see me in action, because I was taking photos.

My primary school no longer exists, but the memories do. I have a photo of one of my classes from 65 years ago, but I still remember most of their names.
Now that's a big deal that the principal is a fellow classman. My primary school still stands-it was new the year I was in 4th grade-
1957.

Now that's a happy outcome!
