The Pagodas in the Chinese Garden in Singapore.I don't think they are for Buddhist worship. They are tourist attractions. If you take the MRT to the East, you will see them.

Regardless of their purpose, they are beautiful structures, and you captured some nice reflections in the water.

They are really lovely, and so is the reflection in the water! Is that you?

I like how the red of the towers ornement pops even more with the white of the railing of the bridg you're standing on... This is a very nice picture indeed.

I bet this is one gorgeous place to visit. I visited a Chinese Garden on a trip to Canada and it was beautiful. This is such a nice portrait shot. To answer your question, Bud HATES to shave so he is always looking scruffy. He is just going to look a lot worse when he comes off the trail in 3 weeks. He is pretty bald and seems unable to grow a beard that he is happy with...so the scruffiness. It’s OK. I am used to it now, and it works out well working at the outfitter’s store. Genie

Such beautiful pagodas mirrored in the water.
They tell about peace and so indeed do the faces of the people on the bridge.
Have a lovely Sunday.

I think it's kinda funny how in Asia they put up elaborate structure just for family photo ops.

Beautiful Ann.. I always love seeing the pagodas...

I've been grieving since Thursday over the death of a very good friend. We will drive to Atlanta tomorrow for her funeral.

SO--thanks for the cute post..
Hugs,
Betsy

That looks beautiful, even if it just built as a tourist attraction. Nice photo.

You asked how many people that Greek theater could seat - according to Wikipedia, it can hold 15,000 people!

Whatever the purpose, it is a beautiful spot for reflections! My rain reflection was on the car winshield. It had just stopped raining and the sun was coming out when I took the picture.
