Our friend S.L. gave Sam this inflatable miniature rubber boat when we were in Singapore. It is hot and humid. We didn't go to the beach often. To cool Sam down, we used the boat as a bath. Sam had a lot of fun in it. And I could relax while he is pretending to be in a boat without worrying he would drop into the water in a real sea.

I was thinking the same thing, ha, much safer on the floor.
About those power poles. The spikes are so high up that children could never get to them. The men use a crane to get to the first rungs to climb up. No chance of children climbing, thank heavens.
