Hi Ann..we have a lake here on the Big Island too..with lava but another with cold cold water that freezes over on Mauna Kea. It's a bit of a hike too.
Hey, thanks for stopping by- I left a comment too. I use a Sony Cyber shot (my first digital). I can't zoom super far but it's been good.
