A hot air balloon that never flies.

Beautiful balloon, Ann, even if it doesn't fly.... I saw a Hot Air Balloon Festival once --and there were hot air balloon all across the sky... It was marvelous.

Clever advertising!
It is very pretty and colorful! Some of our car lots use gimmicks like this, including blimps and balloons.
It's still a pretty balloon even if it is firmly tethered to the ground.
It's a good advertising tool. It really can attract people's attention :)
I don't celebrate Chinese new year, Ann...but I love seeing the celebration here.
Poor thing is not allowed to fly, lol !
