Watery Wednesday/outdoor Wednesday: Jetty

This jetty at the Mulu caves are quite broad. My grandparents' jetty at the Rejang river, had a narrow bridge, and two logs with planks of wood making a platform. I was always very fearful of going up and down the bridge.

The river looks like it's traveling in rapids! Love the photo.

My Wednesday photo is a BROWN PELICAN at the marina [I also have another photo, by link, of the same pelican that is much better...a close up on my photo blog].

COME SEE THE BIRD!

Hope your Wednesday is treating you well.

This photo is so outdoor! Looks swampy and all.

Great watery photo, looks like that water is moving quickly.

The current must be very strong here!

Yes, we were up in the mountains and the water was flowing very fast. We traveled in long boats.

I would be afraid of the water, it looks to be fast-moving and I am not a good swimmer. I would have to just float along on a raft!

I think I would too, especially if the flow is strong. Lovely greenery around though!

Have a sweet Scenic Sunday! :)

That's not water you would want to fall into...but, what it creates a lovely scene.
