An adult Australian Coot had just dived into the lake and made this ripple. He was getting food for the chick. This was in Western Springs. This is awesome and is why I like to go to Western Springs. You never know what interesting things you see.
This is in celebration of Fathers' day. It is not celebrated on this day in New Zealand, but in many places.
