Australia is known as the big continent to New Zealanders. Everything is big. Here, my daughter overcomed her fear and went up and down the slide which was very high.

What a brave daughter you have. This slide was enormous.
Send her my admiring regards.

off we go...I love that first shot - gret capture!
She looks as if she's enjoying herself in this cute picture.
This is for me the original slide. I remember we have like this at school early 70's and it's a big thing ^_^ Great yellow find Ann, thanks for sharing!

Good for your daughter, Ann... That is a big slide....I used to have one in my backyard ---but it was a small one!!!!
Hugs,
Betsy
Your daughter is brave. Other kids would be scared to try that.
A child in red zooms down the yellow slide--another day of childhood fun!
WELCOME, RED FRIENDS!
Come in, my dear friends, and be seated, please—
Oh, all of you reds are such a big tease!
Scarlet, you creep over cheeks in a blush;
Crimson, you’re always in such a big rush!
Cherry, you’re tasty and pleasant to see;
Carmine, you utterly satisfy me!
So come in, my friends, and be seated, please—
Of all the colors, I’d rather have these!
