In some parts of New Zealand, clouds are just at the horizon. Some areas are about to be declared drought areas. This is bad news for the farmers. My friends tell me that there is a water restriction on using the hose for the garden.

What a lovely clouds and views, here in Australia we have water restriction few years ago still going on, we can't even use sprinkler on the lawn and we have schedule what time to water the garden. Before you can water every saturday only, but it's good now everyday but 3 hours only.

Water restrictions are not fun but we humans are very wasteful, I fear, and have to be told to be be more thoughtful.
