Looks like summer is truly here. Kids of a primary school play in an adjacent public park.
It seems the school is not strict like my school, Pt Chev to make sure children wear a hat.
The New Zealand sun is too strong for us to be out in it in the middle of the day unprotected. A hat with a wide brim keeps children's face, ears and neck protected. A cord keeps the hat on in wind and when the children are running around.
For Christmas decoration, here are two Santa's helpers in a shopping mall. Santa has gone to North pole because it is too hot here in New Zealand summer.

Imagine a sun being too hot in the middle of the day. Ai, ai what a gift and a pleasure. And even so the landscape is wonderfully green.
I guess you must be the luckiest of all.
