Weekend reflection: Traffic mirror

http://weekendreflection.blogspot.com

The
road down to the beach is quite steep, and cars with their boats have to be careful when they turn the bend.

We have little traffic cameras here.

I have wanted one of these mirrors for 33 years out here in the country. The cars speed up and down our road and I have to pull out so careful. Love the capture. You did a nice job. genie

I see a lot of these mirrors in the Beverly Hills area.

Ann, I have read the same kind of comment in the course of my blog hopping this week, but I do not remember which blog. So far I have a spam blocker installed on my website.

The mirror reminds of a giant dental mirror.
Sorry to here that you've been getting offensive comments.

Have a nice weekend!

we saw some of these in Spain, very easy to look whois coming.

Yeah, these traffic mirrors are very helpful. I've seen them in HK and in Bucharest; not in Manila that I can recall.

[I've also seen the moron promoting his misogynist message, but frankly, I just let nonsense like this slip like water off a duck's back. Just forget it; it's his bad karma.]

Great capture as a reflection.

Ann:

Sorry you have been receiving offensive comments. We're experiencing a run of spam. The spammers are getting very sophisticated. They are either doing the word verification or are getting around it. They are posting right after our post self published for the day. The language is no longer gobbelty boop but very relevant comments like, "keep up the good work on your blog." And then it is some kind of store or outlet.

Don't give up on your efforts as your blog is such a nice contribution to the blogosphere!

Great reflections.

I got the idiot message too, in my Spam box though, deleted it anyway. obviously an inadequate male.

Great shot of the traffic mirror reflection! I read your comment on another blog about getting offensive anonymous comments. I, too got a couple of anonymous offensive comments and I found a setting on blogger (I think it can be found on the "comments" tab) where you can choose a setting for comments that does not include anonymous ones. I've never (of course) gotten any anonymous comments again.
