ABC Wednesday: Letter D- Dim Sum

ABC Wednesday is hosted by Mrs. Denise Nesbitt

D for Dim Sum. For those of you who like Chinese food, you probably have had Dim Sum. Dim Sum are those morsels of Chinese Dumplings that come in bamboo baskets. Some are steamed, some are deep fried.

Dim Sum literally means touch your heart. Dim Sum is Cantonese and Dian Xin in Mandarin. Sometimes people refer it to Yum Cha, or drink tea.
