I was in the city marvelling the beauty of Auckland
and the pride of Auckland, the Sky Tower.

Then I looked down, my pet peeve.
Idiots killing the plants and
ruining our green and clean reputation.
Idiots killing the plants and

I am angry and sad at the same time.
You bet I am pleased with the new regulation,
"People caught littering more than once in a year
will be fined $400 under a new fines system
approved by the Auckland Council today."

I'm aware of the grammar mistakes in the introduction.
I'm also aware that "it's" is an abbreviated version of "it is".
I don't need a lecture on correct English.
I was extremely tired and made a couple
of errors regarding grammar.
My mistakes don't take anything away
from the sentiment of the introduction
or video. I'm human, I make mistakes, deal with it.

Great post ~ people need to learn to take care of the earth ~ (A Creative Harbor)
Thanks for coming by and commenting ^_^
You've accomplished to tell all...we, as in every body on this earth need to accept the challenge and make this a better place to live!!!
Littering is just laziness. Cigarette butts are so disgusting. I live in the country and my neighbor has a live in girl friend and her daughter living with him. He doesn't smoke and doesn't want them near his house smoking. They smoke at the end of his driveway across from mine. They've been littering the end of my drive as well. A confrontation is coming. :)
It's funny that my best friend and I both noticed, when we first got here, how litter-free most of NZ is. But there is always room for improvement.
We all need to help stamp out litterbugs. Thanks for the reminder, Ann.
