Mellow Yellow: Airport Ambassadors.
When I am retired, I shall like to be a "bluecoat" in our Auckland International Airport.
Our airport hospitality ambassadors, otherwise known as 'bluecoats' for their distinctive coloured jackets, are on hand to offer passengers help when at the airport. They can help you find your way and direct you to what you need.
You can find the airport information helpdesks at a number of locations:
International terminal: in the public areas in check-in, departures and arrivals areas. In the passenger only area, the helpdesks can be found on the second floor and in the customs hall
Domestic terminal: in the main arrivals area, near baggage claim carousels 1 and 2.
Our volunteer programme began in 1995 and we’ve never looked back! If you are interested in becoming one of our airport ambassadors please contact our vhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifolunteer services manager Bella Onekawa on bella.onekawa@aucklandairport.co.nz.

That's kind of comforting, I don't think we have anything like this here. Airports are so huge and confusing, these would be a welcome thing.
Cool! Wish I was there to grab the free map:)
Visiting for Mellow Yellow Monday- hope you can stop by:)

That's a really good idea!
Yes, wonderful figure of "BlueCoat" a great help at the airport. In Spain there.
The execution time depends on the difficulty of the subject, especially in the preparation, my photo sessions usually last about 4 or 5 hours.
I only know that a map is very important when hubby and I started traveling. That was before we have the gps but then even if we have the gps now I still do bring a map. In an airport that is huge a map is necessary even the malls now had a map available too. ^_^
