http://weekendreflection.blogspot.comWe moved to this suburb, and the beach is 5 minutes away. The water is still very cold. It was low tide when we went, and you could walk 50 meters out to sea. I snapped the reflection of the lone person braving the cold.

This is a wonderful picture. It does a great job of conveying the idea of loneliness.
This is a good picture with the reflection. Rather sad, the person is alone.
Looks like a long and lonely walk indeed :)
Loneliness... Nice picture.
The lone walker looks like she's out in the middle of a vast wasteland, with no one else to be seen for miles.
LOVE THAT REFLECTION!
Tell reflections that you love them,
Spurn reflections, if you dare.
Keep reflections out of darkness,
Keep them in the sun’s harsh glare!

Amiga,
Às vezes é necessário ficar só para refletir...
Bom fim de semana!

The beach is five minutes away? How absolutely wonderful.
Low tides like this are quite common in my home town of White Rock, British Columbia, so I love your photo, Ann, it's perfect.

I like your pic. Nice backside. Just kidding. Not kidding on the first sentence though. Like that dreamy, peaceful look.
Btw a wasp moth is a moth. It doesn't sting. A real wasp dropped on my knee yesterday because I was in the bushes. I moved my knee closer to a leaf and the wasp moved on. I don't think they enjoy stinging.
Great shot!
Lovely capture, Ann
lovely capture!
This is a wonderful photo. A great image... Have a nice Sunday.
I like this because of the foot prints in the sand behind her. great shot
How lucky! I'd be taking pictures of sunrise and sunset almost everyday!
That's a great shot, but it certainly looks cold! I'd love to spend some time on a beach again.
My stepdaughter played rugby in college (in Boulder, Colorado), so I've seen a few games!
Love it. There's something about people walking alone on beaches that is really wonderful.
very lonely but i like the simplicity of this photo.
Hi Ann, How are you? Love that photo --since I love the beach.. We hope to go to the beach for a few days in December. We always go in May--but there's also something special about going there when it's colder.
Hugs,
Betsy
Lovely image, Ann!
Very nice reflection.
Really beautiful! Lots of "reflecting" going on here.
the dogs are just playing, the reason it looks like that is the camera freezes a moment in time, like when we see a photo of a person on TV and or in the paper and their mouth is frozen open. they are moving so fast the naked eye can't see the mouth open
