Norwegian is a phonetic language and much easier than English, which is not a phonetic language.Take the word Worcester, which is pronounced [wuste] in English, whereas the Dutch tend to pronounce it as [worsester].In English there is loss of sound, in Dutch and Scandinavian languages there is not.
