What a peaceful place , and a serene reflection! To answer to you, yes , it's a special tradition from south of France to use palm trees this way the sunday before Easter.They don't do it in other parts of FRance, as they have no palm trees; We also use Olive trees banches.
Nice reflection shot!!! The one tree hill, where is the tree? Is that it a little to the right and a bit lower down?
