    Beautiful balloon, Ann, even if it doesn't fly.... I saw a Hot Air Balloon Festival once --and there were hot air balloon all across the sky... It was marvelous.

    It is very pretty and colorful! Some of our car lots use gimmicks like this, including blimps and balloons.
