Watery wednesday: Ripples.

An adult Australian Coot had just dived into the lake and made this ripple. He/she was getting food for the chick. This was in Western Springs.

    I did a double take when I first read that. I was thinking of the kind of "coot" that is a crotchety old person. You know, a different kind of bird! LOL!

    Hi Anne : ) This is so pretty. thanks for giving me a hint about those messages. Do you know I have never clicked on them because I was nervous about them. one time I clicked on something questionable and it gave my computer a virus. I erased 10 of those comments from one of my posts and I am going to go and see if I can find some more. thanks again for helping me : )
