abcwednesday- letter D for dumplings, Doors

Photo: So blessed to have my big daughter home this year after 8 years. She helped me make this GOU TIAC, the pan friend dumpling. Many hands make work easy. We made a lot and they were gone in an instance. Spring onion for decor only. Usu the North Chinese eat with ginger pickled in vinegar.
dumplings originally from North China, now enjoyed by all. In Japan, the call it Gyoza.. I made those to share during our Chinese New Year Church Service. My older daughter Deborah helped.
