Chipper, a machine an arborist or tree surgeon uses to convert smallish branches into wood chips. Known as chipping. A great environmental machine. Sometimes a tree can be dangerous and may topple because it is diseased. They also prune trees, trim trees. There are a lot of these companies in Auckland.
