ABC Wednesday: Letter E for Exercise

http://www.sportauckland.org.nz/ came to school in the form of beautiful Stphenie Cynningham to teach the children to exercise. Wish I was young again.

Stephenie tells me that you need 3 years of university to be in her job.

Many of you would have read about me boasting about my quarter Marathon running some 7 years ago. I promised my running partner who is now in America that I will take it up again. I am happy to report to her that I have been jogging. Got a secret agenda, but can't tell you if I will succeed.

  1. So is there a secret reason you are starting an exercise routine again? Remember to start slow, and stretch so you don't pull anything! I love the cute tree kangaroo, so sad they are having their homes cut down!

  2. Good for you, Ann. I don't run anymore, my old body doesn't like the pounding, but we do try to walk 3-5 miles at least five times a week.

  3. E for egret.

It flies, a mean to exercise.

  4. Good on you, Ann! You take a lot of exercise! I admire you!
You asked me if I skated. Well, no. I learned skating after I came in the Netherlands. In Indonesia there was not much chance to do some sports. We were for 3 years in a concentration camp. I was a teenager when I skated for the first time. Now I am almost 80 and haven't been skating for 60 years.
    Have a great day!
    Wil, ABC Wednesday Team.

  5. That's excellent, Ann. I am sure you feel good. I am a big fan of DVD aerobics and always end up feeling amazing, after every session!
