Skywatched Friday: Sun set at 9 pm

http://skyley.blogspot.com/

The sun stayed up in the sky at 9 pm when we had our Christmas in Rocket Park last Sunday. This is Down Under, when we celebrate our Christams with a sausage sizzle, and a teddy bear's picnic.

Do come down here if you feel that your winter is too cold.

  9. you already celebrated Christmas, wow.
Where I grew up it hardly ever snows except once in a while in the mountains. So often our day was sunny and warm too. But the sun still sets early. Lovely sky there.

  10. Hi Ann, I certainly do miss our long Summer days... It gets dark here now about 4:30 or 5:00 pm...

BUT--When it comes to Christmas, I LOVE cold weather --with SNOW.... SO--guess I'll wait until January to come 'Down Under' and enjoy some summer.....

    Hugs,
    Betsy
