This is the first time I see a yellow brinjal. Will they turn purple eventually?
So I understand "ngai kuah" means both brinjal and the colour purple in Cantonese. What do they call a yellow "ngai kuah"? :)
I've never seen eggplants this colour before! does it taste like the purple eggplant?
Interesting. I've never seen yellow eggplants. They would look beautiful combined with the purple ones!
