Weekend Reflection:Boats

http://newtowndailyphoto.blogspot.com/

In July, I took Sam to the Singapore Zoo. He did not enjoy it as much as when he waqs young. The heat and humidity was too much on him. So I asked if he wanted to go on their new catamaran boat rides. He quickly said yes.

I had planned to be there a whole day and then go on the Night Safari in the evening. If you are visiting from the temperate country, make sure you take along a lot of water, and be prepared that your kids will get very tired. Do not plan to do too much.

  1. Your photo shows a peaceful scene where you can relax and not overheat. I live in a temperate climate, but July in our neighborhood can bring temperatures in the 90s with high humidity to match. Ug

P.S. Your comment: We are going to see the movie in 3D, there is also live Disney characters presentation before the show.

  5. HI! Nice to meet you! Nothing at all grows here in the winter...morning glory is the most fragile of the annuals I plant...even a teeny little bit of frost will kill it off...I wish I lived in an area where I could garden outdoors all year long!

  11. Too bad about the heat and humidity. The green colors and water make the scene look relaxing. I like the reflections of the boats.

  12. A boat ride seems like a nice way to cool off a bit on really hot day.

The mirror in my photo was on the side of the road. :)

  13. This is a pretty picture, the vegetation is so lush! It does look like it would be hot and humid, though.
